One number that reaches you anywhere

You can configure any target number as call forwarding destination for incoming calls to your landline number. That way, you can be reached anytime and anywhere at landline rates.

Costs

The costs of call forwarding depend on the destination of the call forwarding. All forwarded calls to standard numbers (fixed and mobile) are charged according to normal Sparruf rates. Call forwarding to VoIP-destinations (including skype) anywhere in the world is free of charge.

If your balance is not sufficient, your incoming calls are automatically forwarded to your voicemail.

Configuration

After logging on, you can configure and modify target numbers for call forwarding at MyNumber.

To change the call forwarding destination to the phone from which you are calling, please dial:

0355 4949 012 xxxxxx
(OR: +49 355 4949 012 xxxxxx (when calling from abroad))

where xxxxxx is your 6-digit Sparruf account number.

Sparruf will ask you for your PIN. Once you have entered it correctly, call forwarding to your current phone is activated.

See who is calling

When forwarding calls, Sparruf always signals the number of the calling party. If no number is shown, your Sparruf landline number will be signalled instead.
