Caller ID problems
The called party does not see my numberBy default, Sparruf will signal your caller id to the called party. For technical reasons, this is not possible for a few, mostly exotic countries.
Should you notice, that your caller id is not or incorrectly transmitted, please tell us by sending a brief email to Service@sparruf.de.
The following information is helpful to us:
- Your phone number
- The phone number you want to reach
- Date and time of your calls
- If another number than your own is signalled, what is it?
- When did the problem first occur?
- Do you experience the problem everytime or only some of the time?
Your information will help us to make Sparruf even better and more reliable.
