Caller ID problems

The called party does not see my number

By default, Sparruf will signal your caller id to the called party. For technical reasons, this is not possible for a few, mostly exotic countries.

Should you notice, that your caller id is not or incorrectly transmitted, please tell us by sending a brief email to Service@sparruf.de.

The following information is helpful to us:

• Your phone number
• The phone number you want to reach
• Date and time of your calls
• If another number than your own is signalled, what is it?
• When did the problem first occur?
• Do you experience the problem everytime or only some of the time?

Your information will help us to make Sparruf even better and more reliable.
