In order to use Sparruf, you must transmit your caller id.
Please change the settings of your mobile phone
Alternatively, you can predial *31# in front of the number you want to reach.
Simply activate caller id for your telephone. Alternatively, you can also dial
Thus, to reach Sparruf you dial
. . .
followed by the number you want to call.
I only hear a busy signal
Some phones and operators do have problems with dialling very long numbers. Dialling numbers with more than 19 or 20 digits, you hear a busy signal or see a message such asI hear "The number you have dialled is incomplete"
Some phones and operators truncate very long numbers so that the dialled number is cut off after 17, 19 or 20 digits and only an incomplete number is transmitted to Sparruf. If this is the case, you will hear the following announcement:"The number you have dialled is incomplete. Please re-enter the number you want to reach followed by the hash key." Please enter the destination number again, followed by the hash key
Please enter now the destination number followed by the
-key, i.e. with out the Sparruf prefix
Alternatively, you may also want to use the pause-function of your mobile phone or set up speed dial numbers.
