Your answering machine

With your Sparruf voicemail, you never have to miss a call again.

To listen to your voicemail, please dial 0355 4949 011. At this number, you can also personalize your voicemail, for example by recording a greeting.

Log in and click on the Voicemail-tab to turn your voicemail on and off. There you can also configure the email address to which all recorded voicemail messages will be sent.

It goes without saying that using the Sparruf voicemail is free of charge.

Voicemail functions explained

Voicemail keys

The following options are available in the main menue:

•    new messages
•    advanced functions
•    caller information
•    goto previous message
•    repeat current message
•    goto next message
•    delete / undelete current message
•    change to another folder
•    new messages
•    old messages
•    cancel
•    voicemail settings
•    record greeting
•    confirm greeting
•    listen to greeting
•    record greeting again

Note:

You can press the    key at any time for help. Pressing the    key will end the call.

Voicemail - Record your own greeting

To record your own greeting, press the    key for the voicemail settings menue.

Press the    key to record your own greeting.

After recording, the following options are available:

•    confirm greeting
•    listen to greeting
•    record greeting again

How long are voicemail messages available?

All new messages will be available for 60 days. Afterwards, they will be deleted automatically.

What is the maximum duration of voicemail messages?

Messages can be recorded up to a length of 5 minutes.
